Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your CalorieBot AI account. This includes your meal history, daily totals, WhatsApp phone number, and any other data collected during your use of the Service.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion in one of the following ways:

1. Via email (current method): Send a request to privacy@calorietrackerbot.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your account.
2. Via the service bot (when live): Cancellation and data deletion will be available directly through the bot once the service is fully operational.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

• All personal data tied to your account will be permanently deleted.
• Anonymised, aggregated data (not linked to you personally) may be retained for service improvement purposes.
• Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will occur.
• We will confirm deletion via email within 7 business days.

Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by applicable law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). Such data is retained only for the minimum period required and is not used for any other purpose.
